Exactly what I knew / was afraid would happen is happening: I don't wanna write here 'cause there are eleventy billion other things I should be doing (the most oppressive things I should be doing are in a list dated the 6th-11th in the notebook on the table two feet in front of me).

And yet I said I'd try and write here more to keep a better grip on things so here I am noting something verrrrry quickly I'd like to keep a grip on. Internet went down for about 24 hours yesterday (badly thwarting one item on said dated list). I swear the Internet around here goes down something like every 2nd year for at least a day and up to a week requiring a tech to come out and fix it and always in the fall or winter. *Except* since I have such a poor group on time I don't actually *know* that so here I am Making A Note.

There. Timegrip note made. Hopefully better quality interaction in the future (if I can just figure out a way to chase that "you shouldn't be in here until you've done X, Y & Z" feeling away[!]). Gah.

One thing that helps for me is making shorter entries. I don't need to get everything across (because eleventy billion other things); just one quick rant. Don't know if it'll help you though.

I'd love if it could but unfortunately my particular perverse imp is very loud like "don't you dare consider writing one word until you have done X or Y or Z that you were supposed to". The way I can actually defeat it is by scheduling time for it 'cause then it just becomes one of the XY or Z or that day! :)
